All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on New Blue Shop are considered final. We request customers to carefully review product details, images, sizes, and descriptions before confirming their order.


Returns Policy

  • We do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers are also non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only for color change, subject to stock availability.

  • No exchanges are allowed for design, size, or product changes.

  • A ₹200 shipping and handling charge is applicable for all exchange requests.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if an order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and Partial COD advance amounts are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for verification.

  • After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered at the sole discretion of New Blue Shop.


Important Notes

  • Product images are professionally edited; minor color or shade variations due to lighting or screen settings are normal and not considered defects.

  • Products are securely packed before dispatch; fold marks or packaging creases are not considered damage.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the refund (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse, after deducting courier and handling charges.
