Shipping policy

New Blue Shop offers FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD service charge is applicable and is included in the final invoice value.
All COD orders are processed and dispatched only after successful order verification via call or message.

Once an order is placed, modifications to the order details or delivery address are not permitted.

After successful payment confirmation (full or partial, as applicable), our operations team processes and dispatches orders within 1–2 business days.

We aim to deliver your order within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner serviceability, and accessibility of the delivery address.

Currently, New Blue Shop delivers only within India. Orders can be placed from anywhere globally, provided the delivery address is within India.
Please note that our courier partners may not service certain pin codes. Availability will be confirmed based on the pin code entered at checkout.

Customers are advised not to pay any additional charges to courier personnel at the time of delivery. The invoice amount is inclusive of all applicable shipping and COD charges.
