4. Orders & Payments (Updated)

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms:

  • We offer multiple payment options, including Prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, New Blue Shop follows a Partial COD policy, where customers are required to pay a small advance amount online at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.

  • The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is non-refundable in case of order refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect details.

  • Full payment must be completed before dispatch for all prepaid orders.

In certain cases, we may contact customers for additional verification (such as order confirmation via call or message) before processing or dispatching the order.

Orders will be processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation (full or partial, as applicable).
